Return Policy

Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Items without original tags
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Undergarments and socks (for hygiene reasons)
  • Gift cards

How to Return

  1. Email us at Dedicatedtosuccess2025@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will send you a prepaid return shipping label (for US orders).
  3. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging if possible.
  4. Attach the return label and drop off at any authorized carrier location.
  5. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.). Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after we process it.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs, at no charge to you.
