Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. International shipping is coming soon. All orders are processed and shipped from our fulfillment center.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During high-volume periods such as new drops or holidays, processing may take up to 3 business days.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier\'s website. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date at Dedicatedtosuccess2025@gmail.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and get you sorted.
Address Changes
We can only change shipping addresses within 1 hour of order placement. After that, the order enters our fulfillment queue and cannot be modified. Please double-check your address before completing your order.
